Kowa promote “Japanese-style self-care” that contributes to extending the healthy life expectancy of people, preventing diseases, etc. and cooperates with the Japan Selfcare Promotion Association. We are making efforts to continue the community and social security system where people can live with peace of mind.

The Suita Sustainable Smart Town (Suita SST) is the Sustainable Smart Town project to utilize a former factory site based on the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) strategy developed by local government, partner companies, academia, etc.

Kowa is focused on “Wellness” which is one of five service areas (Energy, Security, Mobility, Wellness, and Community) covered by Suita SST. By providing a service called “Suita Selfcare Suite Trial” that centrally manages personal health data of the residents involved in Suita SST to assist in improving their health, we support health improvements in view of the “era of the 100-year life”.

We have established the Kowa Life Science Foundation to support basic research and other studies in life sciences.
